Linux kernel

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.

By setting NF_FLOWTABLE_COUNTER. Otherwise, the updates added by commit ef803b3c ("netfilter: flowtable: add counter support in HW offload") are not effective when using act_ct. While at it, now that we have the flag set, protect the call to nf_ct_acct_update() by commit beb97d3a ("net/sched: act_ct: update nf_conn_acct for act_ct SW offload in flowtable") with the check on NF_FLOWTABLE_COUNTER, as also done on other places. Note that this shouldn't impact performance as these stats are only enabled when net.netfilter.nf_conntrack_acct is enabled.
