Modified recipes for override syntax - the : character
replaces the use of _ to refer to an override.
For ex: PACKAGECONFIG_append changes to PACKAGECONFIG:append.

Remove supplementary groups added for its user. Otherwise any receipt
depends on telux-sample won't compile with success.

Telux power reference service offers ways to manage device state
when the power manager daemon is operating in passive mode.
It is primarily set up for NAOIP trigger.
