The build targets for the third party NFC solution should be maintained
in a common area.
Removed them from target specific makefile.

There can be need to have specific sequence in which sidetone is enabled
during voice call scenarios. Add separate devices for sidetones so
expected sequence can be achieved.

Increase ANC(Active Noise Cancellation) headset gain from
