Exclude internal biometrics face implementation

Sometimes, waiting for "/sys/kernel/boot_adsp/boot" times out when
the vendor modules takes time to be loaded. This leads to an issue
where ADSP couldn't be bought out of reset thereby battery charger
driver is not probed. Without a battery power supply, charger
process could initiate a shutdown.

Fix this by adding "wait_prop vendor.all.modules.ready 1" before
waiting for "/sys/kernel/boot_adsp/boot" and writing to it.

When device shutdown is requested any failure in the remoteproc
shouldn't result in a device panic. This change adds a write call
to the qcom rproc sysfs which ensures that we do not panic when
shutdown is in progress.
