Remove LF_MISC_CTL register update as part of reg init.
The register value should be set to default as there
is no idle detection.
Previous value set the idle mode to loop off and this
caused a pop sound at start of Speaker playback.

Issue : Audio pop is observed after any playback/voicecall stop
Fix : Add a sleep of 10msec after updating the PA FSM state to
reach zero, then disable the power from the speaker
