These are required to run the aosp_<CPU> builds by typing 'emulator'.
Removed Windows binaries since the platform build doesn't work on this system.

The updated emulators Goldfish & Ranchu were tested for all architectures
on both host platforms:

- Sanity check that all architectures boot cleanly to homescreen
- Most frequently used adb functionalities were verified to work without issues
- Sanity check for GPU emulation backends host/mesa/swiftshader
- "-sdcard" option now works for both Ranchu and Goldfish
  NOTE: sometimes when the sdcard was formated as internal it was shown as corrupted.
        This should be investigated further.
- Tested Networking functionality
