Revert "clk: fix an OF node reference leak in of_clk_get_parent_name()"

This reverts commit 1ffbe3a0 which is
commit 28fa3291 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
