Revert "remoteproc: Add new get_loaded_rsc_table() to rproc_ops"

This reverts commit 7b954720 which is
commit 1a631382 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
