ANDROID: GKI: update Android tracehook macros

In commit a9cfb877 ("tracing: Introduce tracepoint extended
structure"), the tracepoint structure changed to save space when not
enabled.  Update the DEFINE_HOOK_FN() to work properly with these
changes as well.
