Currently we are using hardcoded path to toolchain include
path, we will pass GCC_VERSION and TARGET_SUFFIX from feed's
makefile and use that to form the toolchain's include path.

Recently qca-nss-gmac load has been changed, so change the
qca-ssdk module load order to 30, to load it before qca-nss-gmac.

Currently qca-ssdk and qca-ssdk-shell feeds are part of core
openwrt package, but now we are moving them as separate feeds
These files are imported from other branches.
