This relatively large batch of changes is comprised of the
following:

This contains another small set of fixes for 3.18, these are all
over the place and most of the bugs are old, one even dates back
to the original mac80211 we merged into the kernel.

sound fixes for 3.18-rc3

Although the diffstat looks scary, it's just because of the removal of
the dead code (s6000), thus it must not affect anything serious.
Other than that, all small fixes.  The only core fix is zero-clear for
a PCM compat ioctl.  The rest are driver-specific, bebob, sgtl500,
adau1761, intel-sst, ad1889 and a few HD-audio quirks as usual.

regulator: Fixes for v3.18

A couple of fixes for v3.18, one fix for an incorrect voltage to
register mapping in the rk808 driver and a fix for a build failure in
some SH defconfigs.

- suspend/resume/freeze/thaw unification from Imre
- wa list improvements from Mika&Arun
- display pll precomputation from Ander Conselvan, this removed the last
  ->mode_set callbacks, a big step towards implementing atomic modesets
- more kerneldoc for the interrupt code
- 180 rotation for cursors (Ville&Sonika)
- ULT/ULX feature check macros cleaned up thanks to Damien
- piles and piles of fixes all over, bug team seems to work!

sound fixes for 3.18-rc2

Here are a chunk of small fixes since rc1: two PCM core fixes, one is
a long-standing annoyance about lockdep and another is an ARM64 mmap
fix.  The rest are a HD-audio HDMI hotplug notification fix, a fix for
missing NULL termination in Realtek codec quirks and a few new
device/codec-specific quirks as usual.

Here are a few fixes for the wireless stack: one fixes the
RTS rate, one for a debugfs file, one to return the correct
channel to userspace, a sanity check for a userspace value
and the remaining two are just documentation fixes.

of: Add standard power-off DT property

Add a standard property to indicate that a device is responsible for
doing power offs.
