  - Support for one new SoC, the V3s
  - Convertion of two old SoCs to the new framework, the old sun5i family
    and the A80
  - A bunch of fixes

phy: for 4.11

 *) Add USB HSIC and HS phy driver for Qualcomm's SoC
 *) Add USB3 PHY driver for Broadcom NSP SoC
 *) Make sun4i-usb-phy driver to be used for V3s USB PHY
 *) Misc fixes and cleanups
