Subject: [PATCH] mm/memory-failure.c: remove unused macro `writeback'

Unlike others we don't use the marco writeback.  so let's remove it to
tame gcc warning:

mm/memory-failure.c:827: warning: macro "writeback" is not used
[-Wunused-macros]
