v2.4: Read/write & multi-programmer support and loads improvements

Introduce direct read and write support, automatic detection of sector
size, add progress bar on read, decode sparse files and load the loader
before talking to the device, improve startup time, (improved) support
for eMMC and SPI-NOR, support targets with multi-image programmer, and a
variety of bug fixes and smaller improvements.

v2.3 is skipped to avoid colliding with downstream releases, this time.

Sparse image, Windows support, VIP support, UX improvements

Introduce sparse image support, vast overhaul of the user experience,
vip support, Windows support, checkpatch checks (and cleanups), much
improved readme, and various fixes for resource leaks.

v2.1

UFS provisioning and usage improvements

The UFS provisioning support is brough up to date. The default handling
of requests to flash missing files is changed to fail the flashing, to
avoid mistakes with partially flashed builds. Usage help text is
updated to better match the implementation.

Ramdump, libusb and lots of improvements

It's been almost 7 years since v1.0. We've gained UFS provisioning
support, transition to UFBFS and later libusb, ramdump support,
kickstart support, and a ton of fixes.
